Winemaker |

Winemakers Notes |
The juice was cool fermented with specially selected yeast varieties to enhance the wines aromatic profile. Post fermentation a portion of barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc from our own Chaytors Road vineyard was blended with the Woodward vineyard fruit to provide complexity and richness |
Viticulture Notes |
The viticulture was straight forward, with shoot thinning procuding moderate crop levels and leaf plucking providing additional sun exposure. The decision to pick was primarily on fruit flavours. |
Cellaring |
This wine will age nicely over the next two to three years. |
