This wine is a gorgeous expression of Chardonnay from our naturally low cropping Chaytors Road vineyard.
The wine underway malolactic fermentation and was lees stirred to add depth and texture. The wine displays delightful citrus and stone fruit characters, underpinned by a creamy mouthfeel and wonderful minerality.
A wine to be enjoyed in moderation whilst young and fresh.
A perfect match for fish - sashimi or a tuna pasta bake.

Beguiling scents - apple strudel, citrus & a hint of caramel - lead the way. In the mouth it is equally rewarding , especially in regard to it's enveloping graceful texture. "Pristine definition", noted John Belsham. A great match for an old-fashioned Chicken pie.
