Our 2014 Pinot Gris was produced from low yielding vines, picked in ideal condition. Tank fermented to retain the bright fruit characters, Pear, peach and lifted floral notes lead to a crisp, dry palate with lovely intensity and weight.
Enjoy whilst young and fresh over the next two to three years.
Enjoy in moderation with white meats, seafood risotto or as a prefect aperitif to start any meal.
