Our 2016 Mount Vernon Pinot Gris was produced from low yielding vines, picked in ideal condition and tank fermented to retain the bright fruit characters.
Pears, peach and lifted floral notes lead to a crisp, dry palate with lovely intensity and weight.
One to three years
A good match with shellfish, cheeses and paté, try lightly smoked eel.
