The winery and the viticulture crew, together with our growers Shawn Black and Denise Thomas, who grow the grapes on their lower Wairau Valley vineyard. They have produced this wonderful Sauvignon Blanc with its lovely expression of the vineyard site with ripe, lifted aromatics and a punchy palate with loads of zing - everything that is great about Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
"We have won a few awards over the years, to pick up these trophies for Sauvignon Blanc in the United Kingdom, which is the market that launched Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc onto the world stage, is very special indeed" - Marcus Wright, Chief Winemaker - Lawson's Dry Hills.
