Awards & Reviews
WineNZ magazine - FOUR STARS
A pretty, sweet-fruited, floral nose with some spicy, yeasty influence. Dry on the palate, firm and well balanced with good intensity of lychee, rose petal and apricot. Shows moderate concentration and nice depth of flavour. Lithe and long with just a hint of warmth showing on the finish. This should develop greater complexity with a little time in the bottle.
Cuisine Magazine - FOUR STARS
The Decanter World Wine Awards 2014 - International Trophy For Dry Aromatic Under £15.00/Gold Medal
A rich style with heady, exotic and very floral aromas, showing good varietal character and a steely, mineral notes. The lemon-edged palate has lychees, Turkish Delight, apricot, rose petals and honeysuckle, with an oily texture and lovely pear skin notes on the finish.
