The Gewürztraminer grapes from the Woodward vineyard were hand picked and sorted to select only berries with raisining and botrytis. The wine exudes characters of musk, cardamom and rose petal. The palate is round and textured with great intensity and a luscious finish.
Cellaring
This wine will mature gracefully over the next five to six years.

Enjoy in moderation with a strong crumbly cheese or a tart tatin.
