We pick the Pinot Noir for this wine early in the season to retain thye bright acidity and the fresh berry flavours. Lifted strawberry and cream aromas lead to a fresh crisp palate and dry finish.

Raymond Chan Wine Reviews
Light purple - pink in colour with a youthful hue. Dry to taste, this wine has bright, vibrant fruit flavours of raspberry, red cherries and confectionary. The palate is zesty with lively acidity, balanced and in proportion. The wine finishes with delicately sweet red berry fruit flavours, is crisp and zingy with good length. match this wine with salmon, tuna, cold meats and tapas.
Otago Daily Times
BEST VALUE - Bright and fragrant with hints of berries and tropical fruit. Lively with a nicely balanced finish.

This wine is appealingly off dry when first sipped, but finishes on a lingering, seemingly dry note, thanks to beautiful balance, robust body and fresh vibrant acids.
