Produced from low cropping vines and picked at optimum ripeness. This wine was fermented in a mixture of stainless steel tanks and older French oak puncheons. The nose has the distinctly varietal aromas of pears and citrus, whilst the palate is elegant and crisp with apple strudel and stonefruit flavours.

Drink over the next two to three years.
