Our 2012 Mount Vernon Pinot Gris was produced from low yielding vines, picked in ideal condition and was stainless steel tank fermented to retain the bright fruit characters. Pear, peach and lifted floral notes lead to a crisp, dry palate with lovely intensity and weight.

This wine is ideal for early drinking, however it will develop with a little more time in the bottle

Food Match

White fish with a fresh summer salad.
