This wine shows wonderful floral notes, with distinct lychee characters and an underlaying spiciness of ground ginger, cardamon and mixed spice. The palate is amazingly rich and round with impressive concentration; the residual sugar is nicely balanced by the alcohol and acidity.
Cellaring
We expect this wine to age in a very graceful way over the next five to six years.
