Pinot Gris has a great affinity for the Waihopai Valley and under Biddy Barnsley's careful eye the grapes from her vineyard are a winemakers dream. This is a richly textured wine with big round mouthfeel and distinct varietal characters. Made in a medium style, this wine was partially barrel fermented and regularly lees stirred.

We believe this wine will be at its best in 2012 - 2013.
