Single vineyard, Awatere Valley - This textural Sauvignon Blanc is grown in small blocks, each treated separately in both the vineyard and the winery. The resulting wines including 10% barrel-fermentation in aged French oak, are then blended to achieve the ultimate Blind River style capturing intense passionfruit and mineral flavours whilst offering an authentic, handmade expression of New Zealand's Awatere Valley.
