This single vineyard Riesling is off-dry with bright citrus characters and delightful floral notes. The palate combines a lovely texture and minerality with crisp acidity. The wine is very well balanced and has a sliver of sweetness.
Cellaring
Riesling is a long keeper, drink it young and fresh or keep some for five years.
Food Match
Grilled white fish and a simple salad.
