Pinot Noir 2012

Region: Marlborough
Winemaker: Marcus Wright/ Rebecca Wiffen
Alcohol: 13.5%  pH: 3.51  RS: nil
TA: 6.5  Brix: 23.8

Close attention to detail in the vineyard, followed by small batch fermentation and maturation in a mixture of new and seasoned French oak barriques has produced this wine. It has lovely lifted strawberry and cherry notes, a soft generous palate and lovely length - delicious!

This wine will cellar well through to 2016
