Our 2015 Mt Vernon Pinot Gris was produced from low yielding vines, picked at ideal conditions. Tank fermented to retail the bright fruit characters of pear, peach and lifted floral notes. This all combined to produce a lovely crisp, dry palate with lovely intensity and weight.
