Lawson's Dry Hills excell with Pinot Noir

Jan 13, 2015

We have recently enjoyed great success with their Pinot Noir styles. The Lawson's Dry Hills Reserve 2012 has been awarded SIX GOLD MEDALS at recent wine Shows and was selected by Cuisine magazine as FIVE STARS AND BEST BUY. The recently released Lawson's Dry Hills Reserve Pinot Noir 2013 is echoing the success of the 2012 being awarded the TROPHY for CHAMPION PINOT NOIR AND GOLD MEDAL at The Marlborough Wine Show 2014 and a GOLD MEDAL at the Air New Zealand Wine Awards....Chief winemaker, Marcus Wright attributes the recent success to improvements made both in the winery and the vineyards. "We've always enjoyed the challenge of making great Pinot Noir, however our increased understanding of this tricky grape variety is delivering some serious developments in quality and flavour profile".
