The 2015 vintage was exceptional, allowing us to pick perfect fruit from our Chaytors Road and Barnsley vineyards.
Aromas of passionfruit, gooseberry, lemon and lime are complemented by lovely floral notes and subtle herbal flavours. The palate is crisp and vibrant, possessing wonderful length, concentration and minerality.

A Sauvignon Blanc made to cellar, keep it for three to five years.

Food Match

Enjoy with grilled white fish, with a fresh spicy tomato salsa.
