Made from a selected fruit from our Waihopai and Chaytors Road vineyards, a portion of this wine underway wild fermentation in both older French oak barriques, puncheons and stainless steel tanks.
This wine has intense aromas of lemongrass, passionfruit and fresh herbs, the palate is crisp and dry and is packed with tropical.
