Pinot Gris has a great affinity for the Waihopai Valley and under Biddy Barnsley's careful eye the grapes from her vineyard are a winemakers dream. This is a richly textured wine with big round mouthfeel and distinct varietal characters, made in a medium style this wine was partially barrel fermented and regularly lees stirred.
