Produced with much love and care from the Barnsley vineyard in the Waihopai Valley. Low cropping levels produce intensely flavoured grapes that were hand-picked and pressed to old French oak barriques for a long, slow, wild fermatation.
This off-dry Pinot Gris is rich and weighty with gorgeous honeycomb and pear flavours.

A prefect match with seafood, poultry and pasta. Suitable for vegans.
